Policy Details
- Clients may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or initial payment.
- For service-based projects, refund requests must be raised before significant project work has commenced.
After 7 days, refund requests will not be eligible unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds or cancellations are applicable only if:
- The service has not been substantially delivered.
- The product/license has not been activated or fully utilized.
- There is a documented service issue from our end.
Non-refundable cases include:
- Completed consulting hours
- Delivered digital products, reports, or dashboards
- Custom development work already executed
- Free POC services
- If eligible, refunds will be processed after deducting any processing fees, transaction charges, or work completed cost.
- In case of project-based services, charges for completed milestones will be deducted.
- Clients are responsible for any applicable bank or payment gateway charges.
For Free POC offerings:
- No charges apply.
- No refunds are applicable since the service is provided free of cost.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
